Verona just got a little sweeter! The Soda Shop, now open at 304 Bloomfield Avenue, is bringing a fun, nostalgic twist to the neighborhood with its specialty “dirty sodas,” ice cream, and sweet treats.
If you haven’t heard of the dirty soda craze, think classic sodas mixed with flavored syrups, creams, and creative add-ins. From unique flavor combinations to build-your-own creations, there’s something for everyone. The menu also features soft serve, hand-scooped ice cream, milkshakes, and floats.
With its playful, family-friendly atmosphere, The Soda Shop is a fun new stop for an after-school treat, a weekend outing, or a little something sweet!
DJs Dirty Preston and Clean Erica will play a mix of current pop singles and old-school indie/rock hits to keep you on the dance floor. A curated bar (+extra bartenders!) and pizza will be available to order. This party starts early & ends early, so you can be well-rested for actual Halloween the next day.
Attorney-turned-comedian Jon Bramnick is so funny, it should be a crime. Born and raised in Plainfield, he’s the “Funniest Lawyer in New Jersey” — a legally binding title bestowed by the State Bar Association. When Jon’s not busy working as a trial lawyer at his Scotch Plains personal injury firm, he’s doing stand-up at comedy clubs from New York City to Florida. He also serves as a New Jersey state senator. At this show, you’ll be guilty of laughing all night long.
